HOW TO USE IT

Place the quantity of powder equal to a teaspoon (approximately 4.5 g) in a large glass of water, mix well, ingest immediately and then drink another glass of water. Take 2 times a day, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening before going to bed. We recommend taking it between meals and at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after any medications.
